ForeleadPack (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://foreleadpack.com/. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you browse our site, add products to the inquiry list, or submit a request for a packaging quote.

1. Information We Collect

Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company details, and any other contact details you choose to provide.
Inquiry details: selected products, product names, product URLs, SKUs where available, packaging requirements, quantities, materials, shipping needs, uploaded files, and message content.
Quote request context: the page where the form was submitted, landing page, referrer, UTM or ad-click parameters included in the URL, recent pages and product pages viewed in the same browser tab, inquiry-list click events, approximate browsing duration before submission, source type, product categories, and recently viewed products in the same browser.
Locale and device context: browser language, timezone, coarse device type, viewport size bucket, IP address, estimated country, and coarse browser/device hint.
Technical and security data: data needed to run the website, protect forms from spam, maintain the inquiry cart, and diagnose delivery or security issues.

2. What We Do Not Collect for RFQ Context

We do not use third-party marketing tracking, device fingerprinting, canvas or font fingerprinting, precise GPS location, or background cross-site tracking for the quote request context described above. Country is estimated from server or browser signals such as IP country headers and browser language, not from precise location.

3. How We Use Information

To respond to packaging quote requests and recommend suitable structures, materials, MOQ, lead time, and shipping options.
To understand which products or pages were relevant to the inquiry, so our reply can be more specific.
To detect spam, troubleshoot form delivery, maintain site security, and improve the quote request experience.
To communicate with you about the inquiry you submitted. Submitting an RFQ does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

4. Cookies and First-Party Session Data

Our site uses essential cookies and first-party browser storage to operate WooCommerce, remember inquiry-list selections, protect forms, and keep the quote request flow working. The RFQ context script stores current-tab browsing context in sessionStorage and keeps a first-party 30-day localStorage record of visit count and recently viewed products in the same browser. This information is sent only when you submit the quote form. We do not add third-party marketing pixels or external analytics trackers as part of this RFQ context feature. Separately, we use Google Analytics through Site Kit by Google to understand overall site traffic, page usage, and page performance. Analytics data is used for basic site measurement and improvement, not to create quote requests or enable advertising on this site.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share inquiry details with internal team members, manufacturing partners, logistics providers, or service providers when needed to prepare a quote or fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Form submissions are delivered by email to the responsible team. We retain inquiry emails and project files only as long as reasonably needed for quotation, production follow-up, legal, security, or business record purposes.

7. Your Choices

You may choose not to submit a form, block non-essential cookies, or disable JavaScript in your browser. Some inquiry-cart and form-context features may not work fully without JavaScript or essential browser storage.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. We will handle requests according to applicable law and the information available to us.
